LA FERME DU PRAZ opens its doors this winter with an ambitious and exciting mission. Supported by the Comité de Ski du Mont Blanc, the Département de Haute-Savoie and the Région Auvergne Rhône Alpes, this facility aims to become a benchmark in the sporting world. Located in the heart of the 4-season Nordic ski area at Les Contamines Montjoies, it offers an ideal setting for training, education and preparation for major events for all sportsmen and women.

The accommodation is mainly intended for sports clubs and federations, according to a schedule defined at the start of the winter season. Athletes from the Comité Mont Blanc and the French Federation, in particular those involved in the school programs of the Pôle Espoir in Passy, will find a privileged home here. The high-performance facilities at Ferme du Praz will be accessible to all clubs, creating a collective dynamic around the sport. 

A talent development center. Ferme du Praz is also positioned as a talent development center, promoting the practice of disciplines close to the center such as cross-country skiing, biathlon, ski jumping and ski touring. It offers training and coaching opportunities for high-potential athletes. In addition, ongoing training for coaches, federal instructors and officials will be provided through seminars and colloquia. 

Comfortable accommodation accessible to all. This unique site, in an old farmhouse built in 1875, has an80 m² dining room and sleeps 20 in 5 double rooms with private bathrooms, and 3 dormitory rooms for 4 people, one of which, on the first floor, is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Reservations will then be open to anyone wishing to take advantage of this exceptional location. The tranquil setting and magical landscapes of Val Montjoie will undoubtedly appeal to all visitors. With a vision focused on excellence and sharing, Ferme du Praz is gearing up to become a real place dedicated to sport, where team spirit and passion combine to push back the limits and achieve the greatest feats.
