On Thursday November 7, 2024, the Committee was present alongside young people from the Lycée Frison-Roche, athletes and skiers from the Responsible Athletes team.
Over the past 2 years, more than 6,200 trees have been planted in Magland to reforest the forest severely affected by the 2019 storm, thanks to the support of the SOMFY foundation, the ONF and ATHYS RECOVERY SERVICES.
The operation was to clear the trees planted over the last two years in collaboration with the CNPF (Centre National de la Propriété Forestière).
The Athlètes Responsables team was founded by Flaine skier and French national team member Romane Miradoli, with the help of Xavier RICHARD and Bernard TROUILLET.
Well done to our athletes for their commitment and their desire to play sport while respecting our planet.
