Apprenticeship contract
The apprenticeship contract is an agreement between an apprentice, a host organization (with an apprentice master) and a training center. It enables the apprentice to follow a work-study program, combining days in the classroom and on the job.
This contract gives you the opportunity to pursue your studies while gradually entering the world of work. Apprentices receive a salary, which varies according to their age and progress (between €775 and €1,100 gross per month). On top of this, the training is paid for by the employer and funding bodies, enabling the apprentice to acquire practical skills while being paid. It's an excellent way to learn while preparing for a professional career.
The course
The course consists of 476 hours of theory, supplemented by a practical part on the job. Courses are held at the Comité headquarters in Bonneville and/or by distance learning.
It is divided into 3 skill blocks:
- Managing a structure and a team
- Implement the organization's corporate purpose
- Draw up and present an activity report for the structure
Examination procedures include the creation of a professional dossier throughout the year, as well as an assessment booklet completed by the teaching team. The final assessment will take the form of a project presentation, including a written report and an oral presentation.
